If your order is placed before 16:30, it will be despatched the same day! Please note that delivery may take a little longer around public holidays. You will always receive an email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. The Track & Trace code in this email will allow you to keep an eye on the current delivery status. At Karē you always have the option to return your order. This is possible within 28 days of receiving your order. Make sure you return the items unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels, and keep the return receipt until we have fully processed the return.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days. Tip: Keep the return receipt until the return has been fully processed.
It is possible that your return has not yet been processed within Klarna's payment terms. We therefore recommend that you always register a return with Klarna so that they are aware of it and can temporarily suspend the invoice. This will prevent any additional costs that may be charged if payment is not made on time.
You can also choose to pay the entire invoice. Once the return has been processed, the overpayment will be refunded to your account.
Is an item broken or are you unhappy with a product and it is outside the return period? You can report this immediately via support@kareforall.nl. Fill in the required information and our customer service will contact you! Karē gives a 4-week guarantee on garments that are unwearable after washing according to the washing instructions. Your baby carrier is also guaranteed for 1 year! The Karē team will assess any defects, except those caused by wear and tear from intensive use.
Of course you don't want to receive the wrong package! In this case, you should contact our customer service team at support@kareforall.nl. Please quote your order number and attach a photo of the wrong parcel and the packing slip.
Have you received your parcel? Open it carefully, taking care not to remove any labels or tear any packaging. Have you removed the original label or tag? If you have, you will not be able to return the item. So take care when unpacking your order!

To prolong the life of your baby carrier, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and air drying. Contact us for information about repairs.
Our baby carriers are made from 100% GRS certified recycled cotton, so they are not only comfortable for you and your little one, but also have a positive impact on the environment.
The packaging is made from 100% biodegradable polyester. Biodegradable packaging is made from a material that will decompose naturally. It is biodegradable. As a result, it will not float around for years and cause all sorts of problems like many types of plastic.

Made from 100% New Zealand lambskin, the lammy insert provides excellent heat regulation, is breathable and comfortable for both baby and carrier. The lammy insert is made from materials specifically designed for colder temperatures. It is strongly recommended that you keep an eye on your child at all times to prevent overheating.
Carrying your baby close to your body ensures that you share your body heat. With this shared warmth, it is important not to dress your baby too warmly to avoid overheating. Depending on the temperature, you may be able to put your baby in a Karē baby carrier in your inner clothes.
Make sure that hands, feet and head are covered and protected from the weather. Remember that sleeves and trousers will ride up, so choose slightly longer trousers, leggings or socks that can be pulled up to prevent this.
Returns
1. Register a return
Download the returns form here. Enter the product you wish to return and circle the reason for your return. You can send your return package by parcel service. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
2. Return packaging
Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging and shipping box and ensure that old barcodes are not visible on the box, for example by removing the label from the box or crossing them out with a (black) marker. Items can only be returned in unworn condition with the original tags. Have you removed the original label or plastic tag? You will not be able to return the item. So be careful when unpacking your order!
3. Return
Take the package to a drop-off point. Returns by post are at your own expense.
4. Return refund
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. Once your return has been unpacked and processed you will receive an email from us. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a refund.
At Karē you always have the option to return your order. This can be done within 14 days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the items are returned unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached, and keep the receipt in a safe place until we have fully processed the return.

iDeal/Bancontact: Funds will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
MasterCard/Visa: The amount will appear on your credit card statement within 14 business days.
Klarna: You will receive an adjusted invoice by email.
PayPal: The amount will be returned to your PayPal account within 30 days.
Karē Gift Card: You will receive an email about the processing, so keep an eye on your mailbox!
NOTE! Did you choose Klarna as your payment method when you ordered? You must also pay the invoice within 30 days, despite any delays in shipping or returns processing. So keep an eye on the payment deadline to avoid additional late payment charges.

It is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different product or colour? You can place a new order and return the current item to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any discounts will be lost on the new order.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return the items in a different box or bag. It is important that the items are properly packed. Did you remove the original label? You will not be able to return the item. So take care when unpacking your order!
Have you placed several orders? If so, it is possible to return them together in one parcel. However, we would ask that you separate the items so that we know which items belong in which return (e.g. 1 separate bag per order). You can then put them both in a larger box so that you have one package.

- We will only process returns if they are in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and will not be processed as a return.
- Did you pay for delivery when you placed your order? If the entire order is returned, the shipping charges will also be refunded and you will only pay the return shipping charges.
Payments
You can pay using your preferred payment method on our website. We offer the following payment methods:
- iDeal. Trusted online payment through your own banking environment.
- Credit Card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
- Sofort. With Sofort, you can pay securely from almost anywhere in Europe through your own banking environment.
- Klarna. With Klarna you can pay immediately, in instalments or later, at no extra cost.
- Bancontact. From Belgium you can pay safely and securely with Bancontact.
- Gift card. Received a Karē gift card? Enter the code when ordering and pay with your gift card!
Sometimes something goes wrong with your payment or you get an error message. How can you be sure that your payment was successful?
- Check your account to see if the amount was actually debited. If it hasn't? Then it seems that the order did not go through correctly.
- Did you not receive a confirmation email? It is also a good idea to check your account first, as the confirmation email may still be on its way.

How nice that you want to place an order with us! Here is a brief explanation of the best way to do this:

- Step 3: Enter your personal details and check them carefully. Do you have an account? Then you can log in with your email address and the information will be filled in for you.
- Step 4: Select your delivery option.
- Step 5: Select a payment method. You can choose from several payment methods such as iDeal, a Karē gift card or Klarna.
- Step 6: Finally, click the 'Place Order' button to complete the order.
The order is placed and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to change or cancel it. It is therefore important that you always check your order and its details carefully before finalising it. Of course, you can always return your order once you have received it.
