Returns

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive it. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full amount of your order, including delivery charges. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the product from your home to our store, which is approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the product, including all accessories, in as good condition as reasonably possible and in its original packaging. If the product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may deduct the reduction in value. Handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
